Personal Information Provided by You. When you register, the personal information we collect includes:
- Email addresses
- Usernames
- Passwords

Newsletter. During registration you can opt in to receive our newsletter. This option is disabled by default — you will only receive the newsletter if you actively enable it. You can change this preference at any time on your profile page or by contacting us.
Sensitive Information. We do not process sensitive information.
All personal information that you provide to us must be true, complete, and accurate, and you must notify us of any changes to such personal information.
Information automatically collected
In Short: Some information — such as your Internet Protocol (IP) address and/or browser and device characteristics — is collected automatically when you visit our Services.
We automatically collect certain information when you visit, use, or navigate the Services. This information does not reveal your specific identity but may include device and usage information such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, device name, country, location, information about how and when you use our Services, and other technical information.
We also collect information through cookies and similar technologies, including for analytics and advertising purposes. You can find out more in our Cookie Notice: https://www.arcane-assets.com/cookies.
The information we collect includes:
- Log and Usage Data. Service-related, diagnostic, usage, and performance information our servers automatically collect when you access or use our Services, including your IP address, device information, browser type, and activity data such as pages viewed and features used.
- Analytics Data. We use Google Analytics to collect anonymized usage data about how visitors use our Services, such as pages visited and features used. See Section 5 for more detail.

- Location Data. Information about your device's location, which can be either precise or imprecise, based on IP address and related technologies. You can opt out by disabling Location settings on your device.
- Advertising Data. When ads are served on our Services, our third-party advertising partner NitroPay may collect identifiers, browsing behavior, and device information for the purpose of serving personalized (interest-based) advertising. NitroPay's privacy policy is available at https://nitropay.com/privacy. See Section 5 for more detail.

2. HOW DO WE PROCESS YOUR INFORMATION?
In Short: We process your information to provide, improve, and administer our Services, communicate with you, for security and fraud prevention, to serve advertisements, and to comply with law.
We process your personal information for a variety of reasons, including:
- To facilitate account creation and authentication and otherwise manage user accounts.
- To respond to user inquiries/offer support to users.
- To send administrative information to you, such as changes to our terms and policies.
- To request feedback about your use of our Services.
- To send you our newsletter and other marketing communications, but only if you have opted in. The newsletter opt-in is disabled by default, and you can opt out at any time.
- To analyze usage of our Services. We use Google Analytics to collect anonymized usage data so we can understand how our Services are used and improve them.
- To serve personalized advertisements. We work with our advertising partner NitroPay to show ads on our Services. NitroPay may use data about your visits to our and other websites to show you relevant ads. This processing relies on your consent where required by law (e.g., in the EEA/UK), or on legitimate interests where permitted.
- To protect our Services, including fraud monitoring and prevention.
- To save or protect an individual's vital interest.
3. WHAT LEGAL BASES DO WE RELY ON TO PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
In Short: We only process your personal information when we have a valid legal reason to do so under applicable law.
If you are located in the EU or UK
The GDPR and UK GDPR require us to explain the valid legal bases we rely on:
- Consent. For cookies, tracking technologies, analytics, and advertising (including personalized advertising), we rely on your consent where required. Consent is collected and managed through NitroPay's Consent Management Platform (Nitro CMP), which presents a consent banner on your first visit. You may withdraw or change your consent at any time via the "Update cookie preferences" button in the footer of the website or by contacting us.
- Performance of a Contract. To fulfill our contractual obligations to you, including providing our Services.
- Legitimate Interests. Where processing is reasonably necessary to achieve our legitimate business interests and those interests do not outweigh your rights. This includes diagnosing problems, preventing fraud, and improving user experience. We do not rely on legitimate interests to serve targeted advertising to EU/UK users — this is consent-based only.
- Legal Obligations. Where processing is necessary for compliance with our legal obligations.
- Vital Interests. Where processing is necessary to protect your vital interests or those of a third party.
If you are located in Canada
We may process your information if you have given specific permission (express consent) or where permission can be inferred (implied consent). You can withdraw your consent at any time. In some exceptional cases, we may be legally permitted to process your information without consent (for example, for fraud detection or to comply with a court order).
4. WHEN AND WITH WHOM DO WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
In Short: We may share information in specific situations described in this section and/or with the following third parties.
We may share your personal information in the following situations:
- Business Transfers. We may share or transfer your information in connection with any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition.
- Advertising Partners. We work with NitroPay (nitropay.com) to serve personalized ads on our Services. NitroPay and its demand partners may receive identifiers (such as cookie IDs and IP addresses) and use them to deliver interest-based advertising. NitroPay's use of this data is governed by the NitroPay Privacy Policy. You can manage your advertising consent choices via the "Update cookie preferences" button in the footer of the website.
- Analytics Providers. We share data with Google Analytics to track and analyze usage of the Services in anonymized form. Google's use of this data is governed by the Google Privacy & Terms.

In Short: We use cookies and localStorage technologies to collect and store information, perform analytics, and serve personalized advertisements.

- Google Analytics — to collect anonymized usage data (see below)

- Application preferences — to persist certain settings and app state (such as simulator display preferences) on your device. This data does not include any sensitive or personally identifying information and is stored locally in your browser.

Consent Management
We use NitroPay's Consent Management Platform (Nitro CMP). When you first visit our website (where required by law), you will be presented with a cookie consent banner that allows you to accept, decline, or customize the categories of cookies used. Advertising Cookies

NitroPay and its demand partners may use data about your browsing behavior across websites to tailor ads to your interests. NitroPay's privacy policy is available at https://nitropay.com/privacy.
To the extent these technologies are deemed to be a "sale" or "sharing" (including targeted advertising) under applicable US state laws, you can opt out as described in Section 11.
For users in the EEA and UK, advertising cookies are only set with your explicit consent, collected via Nitro CMP.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to collect anonymized usage data about how our Services are used. To opt out, visit: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, or decline analytics cookies via the consent banner or the "Update cookie preferences" button in the footer.
